And We indeed did a great favour to Moosa and Haroon. 114 And We saved them and their people from the great affliction, 115 And We supported them so it was they who overcame. 116 And We vouchsafed unto the twain a Book luminous. 117 guided them to the right path, 118 And We left for the twain among the posterity: 119 "Peace upon Moses and Aaron." 120 Thus do We reward the doers of good 121 Surely both of them were among Our believing servants. 122 Elias was certainly a Messenger. 123 when he said to his people, 'Will you not be godfearing? 124 Will ye cry unto Baal and forsake the Best of creators, 125 "Allah, your Lord and Cherisher and the Lord and Cherisher of your fathers of old?" 126 But they belied him, so they will be among the arraigned (in Hell), 127 Except the chosen bondmen of Allah. 128 We preserved a good name for him among posterity. 129 Peace be upon Ilyas! 130 This is how We reward the virtuous. 131 Verily, he was one of Our believing slaves. 132 Lot was also one of the messengers. 133 Recall what time We delivered him and his household, all. 134 Except an old woman (who was) amongst those who tarried. 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 You pass by (their habitations) in the morning 137 and by night. Will you not, then, use your reason? 138
