Al-Aadeyaat
The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
(I swear) by the snorting chargers (of the warriors), whose hoofs strike against the rocks 1 Then those striking sparks of fire, 2 And the chargers at dawn, 3 and raising clouds of dust, 4 and penetrate deep into a host. 5 Indeed, the human is ungrateful to his Lord. 6 And lo! he is a witness unto that; 7 Surely, he is ardent in his love of wealth. 8 ۞ Is he not aware of the time when the contents of the graves will be brought out? 9 And there shall be brought to light that which is in the breasts? 10 surely on that day their Lord shall be aware of them! 11
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
