Al-Hijjr 2 of 6

And indeed, We have put the big stars in the heaven and We beautified it for the beholders. 16 And We have guarded it from every Satan damned. 17 but if anyone eavesdrops, he is pursued by a bright flaming fire. 18 And the earth We spread out, and placed therein firm mountains, and caused to grow therein all kinds of things in due proportion. 19 And We have appointed thereon for you livelihoods and also for those of whom ye are not the providers. 20 Of all things there are We have the stores, and send them down in determined measure. 21 And We let loose the winds to fertilize [plants] and We send down water from the skies and let you drink thereof: and it is not you who dispose of its source 22 And indeed it is We Who give life and it is We Who cause death, and We are the Inheritors. 23 And certainly We know those of you who have gone before and We certainly know those who shall come later. 24 And verily thy Lord! He will gather them, and verily He is Wise, Knowing. 25
