Verily the God-fearing shall be amidst gardens and springs. 45 and they will be told to enter there in peace and safety. 46 And [by then] We shall have removed whatever unworthy thoughts or feelings may have been [lingering] in their breasts, [and they shall rest] as brethren, facing one another [in love] upon thrones of happiness. 47 There shall touch them no toil therein, nor therefrom they shall ever be driven out. 48 ۞ Announce to My creatures that I am indeed forgiving and kind, 49 And that indeed the punishment of Mine is a painful punishment. 50 AND TELL THEM [once again] about Abraham's guests 51 [how,] when they presented themselves before him and bade him peace, he answered: "Behold, we are afraid of you!" 52 They said, 'Be not afraid; behold, we give thee good tidings of a cunning boy.' 53 He said, “Do you convey to me the glad tidings upon old age reaching me? So upon what do you convey glad tidings?” (* Prophet Ibrahim said this out of surprise.) 54 They said: "The good tiding we give you is of truth. Do not, therefore, be of those who despair." 55 He said, "And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord except for those astray?" 56 He added: "And what [else] may you have in view, O you [heavenly] messengers?" 57 They said: verily we have been sent unto a people guilty 58 Except Lut's followers: We will most surely deliver them all, 59 Except his wife, of whom We had decreed that she should be of those who stay behind. 60
