The tree of al-Zaqqum 43 Is the food of the sinful 44 Like molten brass, it seetheth in their bellies 45 As the seething of boiling water. 46 (A voice will cry: "Seize ye him and drag him into the midst of the Blazing Fire! 47 "Then pour over his head the Penalty of Boiling Water, 48 Taste it - thou who [on earth] hast considered thyself so mighty, so noble! 49 “Indeed this is what you used to doubt about.” 50 Indeed, the righteous will be in a secure place; 51 Within gardens and springs, 52 Attired in silk and silk embroidery, facing one another. 53 We shall unite them to maidens with big black and white lovely eyes. 54 In that [paradise] they shall [rightfully] claim all the fruits [of their past deeds,] resting in security; 55 They will not taste death therein, save the first death. God will save them from the torment of Hell 56 As a Bounty from thy Lord! that will be the supreme achievement! 57 (O Prophet), We have made this Book easy in your tongue so that they may take heed. 58 So be on the watch; they too are on the watch. 59
