Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
So I swear by what you see 38 And that which ye see not. 39 That this is indeed the word of the noble Messenger, 40 It is not the word of a poet but only a few of you have faith, 41 and neither is it - however little you may [be prepared to] take it to heart - the word of a soothsayer: 42 It has been sent down by the Lord of all the worlds. 43 And if the messenger were to invent any sayings in Our name, 44 We should certainly seize him by his right hand, 45 then We would surely have cut his life-vein 46 And none of you could withhold Us from (punishing) him. 47 Surely it is a Good Counsel for the God-fearing. 48 We know very well that there are some among you who reject Our signs -- 49 And lo! it is indeed an anguish for the disbelievers. 50 Certainly it is a Truth of absolute certainty. 51 Therefore-glorify the name of your Lord, the Great. 52
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
