The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ WHEN WHAT IS to happen comes to pass -- 1 And there can be no denying of its befalling. 2 Abasing exalting. 3 When the earth will tremble, shivering. 4 And the mountains will be powdered to dust. 5 So that they shall be as scattered dust. 6 and you shall be three bands -- 7 Then (as to) the companions of the right hand; how happy are the companions of the right hand! 8 Companions of the Left (O Companions of the Left!) 9 As for the Foremost, they will be the foremost! 10 they who were [always] drawn close unto God! 11 in the Gardens of Delight, 12 A large group from the earlier generations. 13 And a few from those of later times. 14 On thrones woven [with ornament], 15 reclining on them facing each other; 16 There shall go round unto them youths ever-young. 17 With goblets and ewers and a cup of pure drink; 18 No after-ache will they receive therefrom, nor will they suffer intoxication: 19 with fruits of their own choice 20 And the meat of fowl, from whatever they desire. 21 and wide-eyed houris 22 Like pearls within their shells, 23 A recompense for that which they have been working. 24 They will hear no nonsense there or talk of sin, 25 (Naught) but the saying: Peace, (and again) Peace. 26 And those on the Right Hand, Who will be those on the Right Hand? 27 mid thornless lote-trees 28 And plantains laden with fruit. 29 And in everlasting shade. 30 Gushing water, 31 And abundant fruit, 32 never-failing and never out of reach. 33 And couches raised up. 34 Indeed, We have produced the women of Paradise in a [new] creation 35 and made them virgins, 36 Loving companions matched in age, 37 for those on the Right, 38

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
