And heaven – We made it with Our Own Power and We have the Power to do so. 47 We have spread out the earth and how brilliantly it is spread! 48 And We created pairs of everything that you may contemplate. 49 And so, [O Muhammad, say unto them:] "Flee unto God [from all that is false and evil]! Verily, I am a plain warner to you from Him! 50 And do not ascribe divinity to aught side by side with God: verily, I am a plain warner to you from Him!" 51 Similarly, no Messenger came to those before them but they said: 'Sorcerer, or mad' 52 Have they charged each other with this? Nay! they are an inordinate people. 53 Then turn your back upon them for you are not to blame; 54 And advise, for advice benefits the Muslims. 55 We have created jinn and human beings only that they might worship Me. 56 No Sustenance do I require of them, nor do I require that they should feed Me. 57 Verily, Allah is the All-Provider, Owner of Power, the Most Strong. 58 The wrongdoers will meet the same fate as their predecessors, let them not ask Me to hasten on [the punishment], 59 Then, woe to those who disbelieve (in Allah and His Oneness Islamic Monotheism) from (that) their Day which they have been promised (for their punishment). 60
