3/4 Hizb 45

Noah called for help. How blessed was the answer which he received. 75 We rescued him and his people from the greatest affliction 76 And We made his offspring the survivors. 77 We left mention of him among later generations. 78 'Peace be upon Noah among all the worlds' 79 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 80 He was one of Our believing servants. 81 Then We drowned the disbelievers. 82 ۞ Abraham was of the same faith: 83 When he came unto his Lord with a whole heart; 84 and asked his father and his people, "What is that you worship? 85 Do you want [to bow down before] a lie - [before] deities other than God? 86 Then what is your thought about the Lord of the worlds?" 87 Then he looked at the stars, looking up once, 88 Then said: Lo! I feel sick! 89 All the people turned away from him 90 He then sneaked upon their deities and said, “Do you not eat?” 91 What ails you, that you speak not?' 92 And then he fell upon them, smiting them with his right hand. 93 Then the people came toward him, hastening. 94 He said, “What! You worship what you yourselves have sculpted?” 95 Whereas Allah hath created you and that which ye make? 96 They said: Build for him a furnace, then cast him into the burning fire. 97 (This failing), they then sought a stratagem against him, but We made them the ones most humiliated! 98 He said, "I will go to my Lord: He is sure to guide me. 99 My Lord, give me one of the righteous.' 100 So We gave him the glad tidings of a forbearing boy. 101 And when he became capable of working with him, Ibrahim said, “O my son, I dreamt that I am sacrificing you therefore now consider what is your opinion”; he said, “O my father! Do what you are commanded! Allah willing, you will soon find me patiently enduring!” 102 So when they had both submitted their wills (to Allah), and he had laid him prostrate on his forehead (for sacrifice), 103 We cried out: “O Abraham, 104 you have fulfilled the dream." It is thus indeed that We reward those who do good, 105 It was certainly an open trial. 106 Then We ransomed him with a tremendous victim. 107 and left him thus to be succeeded by a group [of followers] among later generations: 108 "Peace and salutation to Abraham!" 109 Thus do We reward the good. 110 He was one of Our believing worshipers. 111 Then, We gave him the glad tidings of Isaac, a Prophet, one of the righteous, 112 And We blessed him and Is-haq; and of their offspring are some well-doers and some who wrong themselves manifestly. 113
