Say (O Muhammad SAW): "I am only a warner and there is no Ilah (God) except Allah (none has the right to be worshipped but Allah) the One, the Irresistible, 65 "The Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, the All-Mighty, the Oft-Forgiving." 66 Say: "This is a momentous message, 67 Ye are therefrom averting. 68 I had no knowledge of the exalted assembly [of angels] when they were disputing [the creation of Adam]. 69 had it not been revealed unto me [by God] - to no other end than that I might convey [unto you] a plain warning. 70 When your Lord told the angels, "I will create a mortal out of clay, 71 and when I have formed him fully and breathed into him of My spirit, fall you down before him in prostration!" 72 So the angels prostrated themselves, all of them together: 73 save Iblis: he gloried in his arrogance, and [thus] became one of those who deny the truth. 74 He (Allah) said: 'iblis, what prevented you from prostrating yourself towards that which I have created with My Hands? Have you become too proud, or are you among the grand' 75 He said, "I am better than him. You have created me from fire and him out of clay". 76 He said: Go forth from hence, for lo! thou art outcast, 77 Upon you will be My damnation till the Day of Doom." 78 He said: "O Lord, give me respite till the day the dead rise from their graves." 79 Said Allah, “You are therefore among those given respite.” 80 till the Appointed Day." 81 Said he, 'Now, by Thy glory, I shall pervert them all together, 82 Save Thy bondmen among them Sincere. 83 Said He, 'This is the truth, and the truth I say; 84 That I shall fill hell with thee and with such of them as follow thee, together. 85 Say, [O Muhammad], "I do not ask you for the Qur'an any payment, and I am not of the pretentious 86 "This is no less than a Message to (all) the Worlds. 87 And you will surely know [the truth of] its information after a time." 88
