And indeed the Noble Messengers came to the people of Firaun. 41 They belied Our signs everyone thereof; whereof We laid hold of them with the grip of the Mighty, Powerful. 42 Are your unbelievers (of Makkah) any better than they? Or have you been granted any immunity in the Scriptures? 43 Or do they say: We are a host allied together to help each other? 44 The hosts will all be routed and will turn and flee. 45 Surely the Hour will be the moment of their promise, and that moment will be calamitous and distressing. 46 Surely the guilty are in error and distress. 47 On that Day they will be dragged into the fire faces foremost, (and told:) "Taste the feel of Hell." 48 Indeed, all things We created with predestination. 49 And Our commandment shall be but one, as the twinkling of an eye. 50 We have destroyed the likes of you in the past: So is there any one who will be warned? 51 Every thing that they have done is in the Scrolls, 52 And every small and great thing is recorded. 53 Surely the godfearing shall dwell amid gardens and a river 54 in a secure abode, in the presence of the Powerful King. 55
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
