And man saith: when I am daed, Shall I be presently brought forth alive. 66 Does he not remember that We created him when he did not exist? 67 So by your Lord, We will surely gather them and the devils; then We will bring them to be present around Hell upon their knees. 68 Then We shall pluck out from every sect whichever of them was most stubborn in rebellion to the Beneficent. 69 Moreover, We well know those who most deserve to be burned in hell. 70 Not one of you but will pass over it: this is, with thy Lord, a Decree which must be accomplished. 71 We shall then rescue the pious – and leave the unjust in it, fallen on their knees. 72 When Our lucid revelations are read out to them, the infidels say to those who believe: "Which of the two groups is better in standing, and whose company is more excellent?" 73 And how many a generation have We destroyed before them who were better in possessions and [outward] appearance? 74 Say: As for him who remains in error, the Beneficent Allah will surely prolong his length of days, until they see what they were threatened with, either the punishment or the hour; then they shall know who is in more evil plight and weaker in forces 75 Allah will increase those who were guided in guidance and things that abide. Good deeds are better in reward with your Lord, and, better in return. 76 Have you seen him who denies Our revelations, and says: "I will certainly be given wealth and children." 77 Has he gained knowledge of the Unseen? Or taken a covenant with the Merciful? 78 Nay, but We shall record that which he saith and prolong for him a span of torment. 79 And We will inherit of him what he says, and he shall come to Us alone. 80 And they have taken (for worship) gods other than Allah, to give them power and glory! 81 Nay, but they will deny their worship of them, and become opponents unto them. 82
