If We extend anyone's life, We reverse his development. Can they not use their reason? 68 We have not taught him (Prophet Muhammad) poetry, nor does it become him. This is only a Remembrance and a Clear Holy Reading (Koran) 69 To warn the living*, and to prove the Word against disbelievers. (Only the believers are deemed alive in Allah’s sight.) 70 Do they not see that We have created cattle for them, out of what Our hands have wrought, so they are their masters? 71 We have subdued these to them, and some of them they ride and some of them they eat; 72 Benefits and (divers) drinks have they from them. Will they not then give thanks? 73 And take other gods apart from God that they may perhaps give them help. 74 They cannot help them, though they be hosts made ready for them. 75 Muhammad, let not their words annoy you. We certainly know whatever they conceal or reveal. 76 IS MAN, then, not aware that it is We who create him out of a [mere] drop of sperm - whereupon, lo! he shows himself endowed with the power to think and to argue? 77 And he presents for Us an example and forgets his [own] creation. He says, "Who will give life to bones while they are disintegrated?" 78 Say: "He who brought them into being in the first instance will give them life [once again,] seeing that He has full knowledge of every act of creation: 79 who has made fire for you from the green tree with which you kindle' 80 Is the One who has created the heavens and the earth not able to create another creature like the human being? He certainly has the power to do so. He is the Supreme Creator and is All-knowing. 81 when He decrees a thing, He need only say, "Be!" and it is. 82 Therefore glory be to Him in Whose hand is the kingdom of all things, and to Him you shall be brought back. 83
