[O Men!] Are you more difficult to create than the heaven which He has built, 27 He lifted up its vault, and levelled it, 28 Its night doth He endow with darkness, and its splendour doth He bring out (with light). 29 And the earth He extended after that; 30 and then brought from it its water and pastures. 31 and the mountains He set firm, 32 [all this] as a means of livelihood for you and your animals. 33 But when the great disaster cometh, 34 The day when man will call to mind his (whole) endeavour, 35 And Hell made visible to him who can see, 36 Those who have rebelled 37 and preferred the worldly life, 38 Then surely the hell, that is the abode. 39 but one who fears to stand before his Lord and restrained himself from base desires, 40 Then indeed, Paradise will be [his] refuge. 41 They will question thee concerning the Hour, when it shall berth. 42 [But] how couldst thou tell anything about it, 43 Its final end is for your Lord. 44 You are only a warner for those who fear it. 45 The day they see it, it will seem they had stayed in the world but only an evening or its turning into dawn. 46
