It is He who gave you ears, eyes and hearts, yet how seldom you are grateful! 78 It is He who scattered you in the earth, and to Him you shall be mustered. 79 And it is He Who gives life and causes death, and His is the alternation of night and day. Will you not then understand? 80 But nay, they speak as the people of olden times did speak: 81 "When we have died and become dust and bones, will we be raised up again? 82 We and our fathers were promised this before; it is nothing but ancient lore!" 83 (Muhammad), say to them, "Tell me, if you know, to whom does the earth and its contents belong?" 84 They will say, "To God." Say, "So will you not pay heed? 85 Say, “Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, and the Lord of the Tremendous Throne?” 86 They will say: 'Allah' Say: 'Will you not be cautious' 87 Say, "In whose hand is the realm of all things - and He protects while none can protect against Him - if you should know?" 88 [And] they will reply: "[All this power belongs] to God." Say: 'How, then, can you be so deluded?" 89 Nay! We have brought to them the truth, and most surely they are liars. 90 Never did God take unto Himself any offspring, nor has there ever been any deity side by side with Him: [for, had there been any,] lo! each deity would surely have stood apart [from the others] in whatever it had created, and they would surely have [tried to] overcome one another! Limitless in His glory is God, [far] above anything that men may devise by way of definition, 91 [He is] Knower of the unseen and the witnessed, so high is He above what they associate [with Him]. 92
