The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

By oath of those that sprint, breathing heavily. (The horses used in Holy War.) 1 sparks of fire striking, 2 by the dawnraiders, 3 And raise the dust in clouds the while, 4 which engulfs the enemy. 5 surely, man is ungrateful to his Lord. 6 and surely he is a witness against that! 7 And is intractable in his love of worldly goods. 8 ۞ Does he not know that on the day when those in the graves are resurrected 9 And that within the breasts is obtained, 10 surely on that day their Lord shall be aware of them! 11

God the Almighty always says the truth.
