Al-A'alaa
The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Magnify the Name of thy Lord the Most High 1 The One Who created, and then made proper. 2 who has ordained and guided, 3 who brought forth the pasturage 4 then made it dry dark, flaky stubble, 5 We shall make you recite so that you will not forget, 6 Save that which Allah may will. Verily He knoweth the public and that which is hidden. 7 We shall ease you to the easy. 8 Therefore remind, if the Reminder benefits, 9 Those who fear will understand. 10 but it will be ignored by the most unfortunate, 11 even he who shall roast in the Great Fire, 12 Then he will neither die in it, nor live. 13 But those will prosper who purify themselves, 14 And recites the name of his Lord and serves with devotion. 15 But you prefer the present life, 16 But the Hereafter is better and more enduring. 17 This is surely in the earlier Books, 18 In the Books of Ibrahim and Moosa. 19

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
