The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

The (Day) of Noise and Clamour: 1 How awesome the sudden calamity! 2 And what will explain to thee what the (Day) of Noise and Clamour is? 3 The day that men shall be like scattered moths, 4 And the mountains will be like carded wool. 5 Then he whose deeds weigh heavy in the Scale 6 He will be in a pleasant life. 7 but he whose scales weigh lighter, 8 A bereft and Hungry One will be his mother, 9 Would that you knew what hawiya his? 10 Raging Fire. 11
