We also favored Moses and Aaron 114 And rescued them and their people from the great calamity. 115 And We helped them, so they were the vanquishers. 116 And We bestowed the clear Book to both of them. 117 And guided them to the Straight Path. 118 And We let it (the beautiful praise) remain upon on both of them in the latter (generations), 119 'Peace be upon Moses and Aaron' 120 Thus do We reward the doers of good 121 they were among Our believing servants. 122 And verily, llyas was one of the sent ones. 123 Recall what time he said unto his people: fear ye not? 124 Do you call on Baal and abandon the Best of Creators, 125 Allah, your Lord and Lord of your forefathers? 126 And they denied him, so indeed, they will be brought [for punishment], 127 Except the chosen slaves of Allah. 128 And We left for him [favorable mention] among later generations: 129 "Peace upon Elias." 130 This is how We reward the virtuous. 131 Lo! he is one of our believing slaves. 132 Lot too was one of the Envoys; 133 (Call to mind) when We delivered him and all his kinsfolk, 134 except for an old woman who stayed behind, 135 Then We utterly destroyed the rest of them. 136 You pass by them in the morning 137 And at night. Will ye not therefore reflect? 138
