Do you think that it is harder to create you or the heavens? Allah has created it. 27 He raised its height, and He has equally ordered it, 28 Its night doth He endow with darkness, and its splendour doth He bring out (with light). 29 And the earth, moreover, hath He extended (to a wide expanse); 30 He brought out its water and its pastures from it, 31 And solidified the mountains. 32 As provision for you and your grazing livestock. 33 Therefore, when there comes the great, overwhelming (Event),- 34 The day on which man shall recollect what he strove after, 35 And hell will be made visible to all those who can see. 36 anyone who has acted arrogantly 37 And chose the life of the world, 38 Will surely have Hell for his abode. 39 But as for him who feared the Station of his Lord and forbade the soul its caprice, 40 Verily the Garden! that shall be his resort. 41 They ask you, [O Muhammad], about the Hour: when is its arrival? 42 What art thou about, to mention it? 43 With thy Lord is the Limit fixed therefore. 44 You are but a Herald of Warning, for one who fears it. 45 The Day they see it, (it will be) as if they had not tarried (in this world) except an afternoon or a morning. 46
