The Galaxies (Al-Burooj)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
By the sky, (displaying) the Zodiacal Signs; 1 And by oath of the Promised Day. 2 By the witness and the witnessed! 3 Cursed be the makers of the pit, 4 Of the fuel-fed fire, 5 When they were sitting at its edge. 6 witnessing what they were doing. 7 They took revenge on them only because they believed in the All-mighty, the Al-laudable, 8 Him to Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth! And Allah is Witness to all things. 9 Those who persecuted the believing men and women and never repented, there is for them the punishment of Gehenna (Hell), and for them the punishment of the burning. 10 Verily, those who believe and do righteous good deeds, for them will be Gardens under which rivers flow (Paradise). That is the great success. 11 The grip of your Lord is severe indeed! 12 Lo! He it is Who produceth, then reproduceth, 13 And He is Oft-Forgiving, full of love (towards the pious who are real true believers of Islamic Monotheism), 14 Lord of the Throne of Glory, 15 and the Most Effective in His decision. 16 Hath there come unto thee the story of the hosts 17 Pharaoh and Thamood? 18 In fact the disbelievers are in denial. 19 While Allah encompasses them from behind. 20 This is indeed the glorious Qur'an 21 In the Preserved Tablet. 22
