The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
۞ Praise the name of thy Lord the Most High, 1 Who creates, then makes complete, 2 Who determines and directs, 3 And Who bringeth forth the pasturage, 4 Then reduces them to rusty rubbish. 5 We shall make you recite so that you will not forget, 6 except what Allah should wish. He knows all that is manifest and all that is hidden. 7 We shall make all your tasks easy. 8 Therefore do remind, surely reminding does profit. 9 He will heed who feareth, 10 but it will be ignored by the most unfortunate, 11 Who will enter the Great Fire, 12 Neither dying therein nor living. 13 He indeed hath attained bliss who hath cleansed himself, 14 and remembers the Name of his Lord, so he prays. 15 But ye prefer the life of this world, 16 and the world to come is better, and more enduring. 17 And this is in the Books of the earliest (Revelation),- 18 The scriptures of Abraham and Moses. 19
