1/2 Hizb 54

۞ I do not need to swear by the setting of the stars 75 And indeed, it is an oath - if you could know - [most] great. 76 Indeed, it is a noble Qur'an 77 in a hidden Book 78 which none but the pure may touch; 79 A revelation from the Lord of the Worlds. 80 Is it such a Message that ye would hold in light esteem? 81 And make it your provision that ye should belie it? 82 Why, but when the soul leaps to the throat of the dying 83 and you are [at that moment] looking on [helplessly] -- 84 We are closer to him than you, but you cannot see. 85 why then, if you are not revived, 86 do you not cause the soul to return to him if you are truthful in your claim? 87 Then, if he (the dying person) be of the Muqarrabun (those brought near to Allah), 88 For him shall be comfort, and fragrance and a Garden of Delight. 89 And if he is of those on the right, 90 Then (the greeting) "Peace be unto thee" from those on the right hand. 91 And if he is one of the rejecters, the erring ones, 92 Then his reception is the hot boiling water. 93 and the heat of a blazing fire! 94 This is the absolute Truth and certainty. 95 So glorify the name of your Lord, the Supreme. 96
True are the words of God the Almighty.
End of Surah: The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah). Sent down in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
