And it is He who produced for you hearing and vision and hearts; little are you grateful. 78 And it is He Who has created you on the earth, and to Him you shall be gathered back. 79 It is He Who gives life and death, and to Him (is due) the alternation of Night and Day: will ye not then understand? 80 Nay, but they say the like of what their predecessors of yore had said. 81 They say: "When we are dead and turned to dust and bones, shall we be raised to life again? 82 “Indeed this promise was given to us and before us to our forefathers – this is nothing but stories of earlier people.” 83 (Muhammad), say to them, "Tell me, if you know, to whom does the earth and its contents belong?" 84 They will say: "It is Allah's!" Say: "Will you not then remember?" 85 Say: 'Who is the Lord of the seven heavens and the Lord of the mighty Throne?' 86 They will quickly say, "It is God." Say, "Will you not then have fear of Him?" 87 Say: In Whose hand is the dominion over all things and He protecteth, while against Him there is no protection, if ye have knowledge? 88 They will say: Unto Allah (all that belongeth). Say: How then are ye bewitched? 89 No, We have brought the truth to them, but they are liars. 90 No son (or offspring or children) did Allah beget, nor is there any ilah (god) along with Him; (if there had been many gods), behold, each god would have taken away what he had created, and some would have tried to overcome others! Glorified be Allah above all that they attribute to Him! 91 Knower of the unseen and the visible; He is exalted above all that which they associate with Him. 92
