But no; I swear by what you see, 38 And by whatsoever you see not, 39 That this is verily the word of an honoured messenger; 40 And it is not the word of a poet; little do you believe. 41 and neither is it - however little you may [be prepared to] take it to heart - the word of a soothsayer: 42 It has been sent down by the Lord of all the worlds. 43 And if he had forged concerning us some discourses. 44 We surely had lain hold of him by the right hand. 45 Then cut off his aorta, 46 And none of you could withhold Us from (punishing) him. 47 It is really a reminder for those who fear God and follow the straight path. 48 We know that there are some among you who will belie. 49 And indeed it (this Quran) will be an anguish for the disbelievers (on the Day of Resurrection). 50 And lo! it is absolute truth. 51 So glorify the name of thy Tremendous Lord. 52
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
End of Surah: Incontestable (Al-Haaqqah). Sent down in Mecca after Kingship (Al-Mulk) before The Heights (Al-Ma'aarej)
