Al-Taareq
The Comet (Al-Taareq)
17 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Town (Al-Balad) before The Moon (Al-Qamar)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
By the heaven and the Morning Star 1 And what could make thee conceive what it is that comes in the night? 2 It is the piercing star - 3 There is no soul but that it has over it a protector. 4 So let man observe from what he was created. 5 he has been created out of a seminal fluid 6 Issuing from (the pelvis) between the backbone and the ribs. 7 Most surely He is able to return him (to life). 8 On the day when all secrets will be made public, 9 and [man] will have neither strength nor helper! 10 By the sky which returns [rain] 11 And the earth which splits (with the growth of trees and plants), 12 Verily! This (the Quran) is the Word that separates (the truth from falsehood, and commands strict legal laws for mankind to cut the roots of evil). 13 And it is not a frivolity. 14 Indeed the disbelievers carry out their evil schemes. 15 But I am planning a plan. 16 So allow time for the disbelievers. Leave them awhile. 17
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
