We have placed the signs of the Zodiac in the sky, and decked it out for those who can see; 16 And We guard it against every accursed Shaitan, 17 Except for he who steals the listening and is then pursued by a visible flame. 18 And the earth - We have spread it and cast therein firmly set mountains and caused to grow therein [something] of every well-balanced thing. 19 And created livelihoods for you in it, and created those for whom you do not provide the sustenance. 20 And there is not a thing but its (sources and) treasures (inexhaustible) are with Us; but We only send down thereof in due and ascertainable measures. 21 And We send the fecundating winds, then cause the rain to descend from the sky, therewith providing you with water (in abundance), though ye are not the guardians of its stores. 22 Lo! and it is We, even We, Who quicken and give death, and We are the Inheritor. 23 We know those of you who press forward, and We know the laggards, 24 and it is your Lord who will gather them. He is Wise, Knowing. 25
