The Fig (Al-Teen)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Galaxies (Al-Burooj) before Quraish (Quraish)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

I swear by the fig and the olive, 1 And the Mount of Sinai, 2 And this City of security,- 3 We have indeed created man in the best of mould, 4 Then brought him down to the lowest of the low, 5 Except those who accepted faith and did good deeds – for them is a never ending reward. 6 What henceforth shall make thee belie the Requital? 7 Is not Allah the Greatest of the rulers? 8

God the Almighty always says the truth.
