۞ By inspiration we told Moses: "Travel by night with my servants; for surely ye shall be pursued." 52 Then Pharaoh sent gatherers to the cities. 53 'Behold, these are a small troop, 54 they have enraged us, 55 But we are a numerous host, ever on guard." 56 As such We expelled them from their gardens and their fountains, 57 their treasures and their noble dwellings -- 58 Thus it was, but We made the Children of Israel inheritors of such things. 59 The people of the Pharaoh pursued them at sunrise. 60 And when the two groups saw each other, those with Moosa said, “They have caught us.” 61 Musa said: by no means; verily with me is my Lord; He shall guide me. 62 Then We told Moses by inspiration: "Strike the sea with thy rod." So it divided, and each separate part became like the huge, firm mass of a mountain. 63 Then We brought the two parties closer. 64 and We delivered Moses and his companions, all of them, 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 67 Indeed your Lord is mighty and merciful. 68
