In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

Praise be to Allah, Who created (out of nothing) the heavens and the earth, Who made the angels, messengers with wings,- two, or three, or four (pairs): He adds to Creation as He pleases: for Allah has power over all things. 1 Whatsoever of mercy Allah may grant unto mankind none there is to withhold it; and whatsoever He may withhold none there is to release it thereafter. And He is the Mighty, the Wise. 2 O men! Call to mind the blessings which God has bestowed upon you! Is there any creator, other than God, that could provide for you sustenance out of heaven and earth? There is no deity save Him: and yet, how perverted are your minds! 3 If they reject you, other messengers have been rejected before you. To God all affairs will be returned. 4 O men, God's promise is true; so let not the present life delude you, and let not the Deluder delude you concerning God. 5 satan is indeed your enemy; therefore take him for an enemy. He calls his party so that they will become the companions of the Blaze. 6 Those who disbelieve will have a severe punishment, and those who believe and do righteous deeds will have forgiveness and great reward. 7
