1/2 Hizb 45

۞ Gather all the wicked together and their comrades, and those they had worshipped 22 instead of God, and lead them all onto the way to the blazing fire, 23 And stop them, for they shall be questioned: 24 They will be asked, "Why do you not help each other?" 25 Nay, but that day they shall submit (to Judgment); 26 And they will turn to one another, and question one another. 27 These say, 'Why, you of old would come to us from the right hand.' 28 Those say, 'No; on the contrary, you were not believers; 29 And we had over you no authority, but ye were a people exorbitant. 30 Thus, the words of Our Lord about us have come true and now we are suffering the torment. 31 For we had led you astray. In fact we ourselves were astray." 32 Therefore, on that Day they will all share Our punishment. 33 This is how We deal with the guilty. 34 They were the ones, who on being told, "God is only One," become puffed-up with pride 35 And were saying, "Are we to leave our gods for a mad poet?" 36 In fact, he had brought them the truth and had acknowledged the Messengers (who were sent before him). 37 Lo! (now) verily ye taste the painful doom - 38 And you will be requited nothing except for what you used to do (evil deeds, sins, and Allah's disobedience which you used to do in this world); 39 But the sincere (and devoted) Servants of Allah,- 40 Those! theirs shall be a provision known: 41 and fruits while they are honored. 42 In Gardens of Delight. 43 sitting face to face upon couches, 44 Round them will be passed a cup of pure wine; 45 delicious to those who drink it 46 Neither they will have Ghoul (any kind of hurt, abdominal pain, headache, a sin, etc.) from that, nor will they suffer intoxication therefrom. 47 And with them are those who do not set gaze upon men except their husbands, the maidens with gorgeous eyes. 48 Like sheltered eggs in a nest. 49 Then they will advance unto each other, mutually questioning. 50 A speaker among them will say, "Indeed, I had a companion [on earth] 51 'Do you believe in the Day of Judgment? 52 What, when we are dead and become dust and bones, shall we indeed be requited?" 53 He said (to others on the thrones), “Will you take a glimpse (into hell) below?” 54 He will look down and see him in hell. 55 He said, “By Allah, you had nearly ruined me!” 56 Had it not been for the grace of my Lord I too would have been there (in Hell). 57 What then, shall we not die 58 and that we would not be punished?" 59 This is certainly the greatest triumph 60 For the like of this, then, let the workers work. 61 Is that (Paradise) better entertainment or the tree of Zaqqum (a horrible tree in Hell)? 62 Verily, We have caused it to be a trial for evildoers: 63 Indeed, it is a tree issuing from the bottom of the Hellfire, 64 its fruit [as repulsive] as satans' heads; 65 And lo! they verily must eat thereof, and fill (their) bellies therewith. 66 Washing it down with boiling water. 67 then surely they shall return to Hell. 68 They found their father going astray 69 So they (too) were rushed down on their footsteps! 70 And verily most of the men of old went astray before them, 71 But We sent aforetime, among them, (messengers) to admonish them;- 72 Then see what was the end of those who were admonished (but heeded not),- 73 Except the sincere (and devoted) Servants of Allah. 74

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
ColorfulQuran.com displays pages in one of three Arabic fonts. Each may appear with a one-third chance, adding more diversity to the already diverse colors. And the words remain unchanged forever. ColorfulQuran.com will have more beautiful fonts soon, God willing.
