The Cheaters (Al-Mutaffifeen)
36 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Spider (Al-Ankaboot) before The Heifer (Al-Baqarah)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
Woe to those who are fraudulent in (weighing and measuring), 1 those who demand a full measure from others 2 But when they have to give by measure or weight to men, give less than due. 3 Do they not think that they will be resurrected 4 For a mighty day, 5 when mankind will stand before the Lord of the Universe? 6 NAY, VERILY, the record of the wicked is indeed [set down] in a mode inescapable! 7 Would that you knew what Sijin is!? 8 It is a (repository of) distinctly written record. 9 Woe unto the repudiators on that day! 10 Who give the lie to the day of judgment. 11 Yet none gives the lie to it except the transgressor immersed in sin; 12 When Our revelations are conveyed to him, he says, "Fables of the ancients!" 13 By no means! Aye! encrusted upon their hearts is that which they have been earning. 14 No indeed; but upon that day they shall be veiled from their Lord, 15 Then most surely they shall enter the burning fire. 16 Then, it will be said to them: "This is what you used to deny!" 17 Nay! Verily, the Record (writing of the deeds) of Al-Abrar (the pious who fear Allah and avoid evil), is (preserved) in 'Illiyyun. 18 And what will explain to thee what 'Illiyun is? 19 The record is a sealed text. 20 witnessed by those who are near (to Allah). 21 Verily, Al-Abrar (the pious who fear Allah and avoid evil) will be in delight (Paradise). 22 On thrones, watching. 23 You can trace on their faces the joy of their bliss. 24 as they are given to drink of a wine sealed 25 which have the fragrance of musk. This is the kind of place for which one should really aspire. 26 And admixture thereof will be Water of Tasnim: 27 A spring, from (the waters) whereof drink those Nearest to Allah. 28 The sinners laughed at the believers 29 And when the believers used to pass by, they used to gesture at each other with their eyes. 30 When they returned to their people they returned jesting; 31 And whenever they saw them, they would say, "Behold! These are the people truly astray!" 32 And withal, they have no call to watch over [the beliefs of] others... 33 On the Day of Judgment, the believers will laugh at the disbelievers 34 On Thrones (of Dignity) they will command (a sight) (of all things). 35 Have the unbelievers been rewarded what they were doing? 36
Almighty Allah's Truth.

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
ColorfulQuran.com displays pages in one of three Arabic fonts. Each may appear with a one-third chance, adding more diversity to the already diverse colors. And the words remain unchanged forever. ColorfulQuran.com will have more beautiful fonts soon, God willing.
