Thorns (Al-Masad)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Key (Al-Faatehah) before The Rolling (Al-Takweer)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

DESTROYED WILL BE the hands of Abu Lahab, and he himself will perish. 1 His wealth and what he earns will not avail him. 2 Surely, he will be cast into a Flaming Fire 3 and also his wife who carries the fuel, 4 upon her neck a rope of palm-fibre. 5

Almighty God's Truth.
