The food of the Zakkum tree 43 The food of sinners. 44 Like molten brass, it seetheth in their bellies 45 As does boiling water. 46 “Seize him and drag him to the middle of the Blazing Fire, 47 Then pour upon his head the torment of boiling water. 48 Taste thou! thou art indeed mighty, honoured! 49 "Truly this is what ye used to doubt!" 50 But those mindful of God will be in a safe place, 51 amidst gardens and springs. 52 Attired in silk and brocade, they shall be arrayed face to face. 53 so it will be. We shall wed them to maidens with large, dark eyes. 54 In it they will ask for all kinds of fruit, with safety. 55 They will not taste death again in it, except their former death; and Allah has saved them from the punishment of fire. 56 A grace from your Lord; this is the great achievement. 57 We have now made it easy on your tongue, in order that they remember. 58 Therefore wait; surely they are waiting. 59
