It is He who gave you ears, eyes and hearts, yet how seldom you are grateful! 78 And He it is Who multiplied you in the earth, and to Him you shall be gathered. 79 It is He who gives you life and death, and His the alternation of night and day. Even then you do not understand, 80 Nay, but they said the like of what the ancients said. 81 They say: "When we are dead and turned to dust and bones, shall we be raised to life again? 82 Certainly we are promised this, and (so were) our fathers aforetime; this is naught but stories of those of old. 83 Say: "If you have knowledge, 'to whom belongs the earth' and, 'whoever is in it? '" 84 They will say: 'To Allah' Say: 'Then will you not remember' 85 Say: "Then who is the Lord of the seven skies? And who is the Lord of the mighty Throne?" 86 [And] they will reply: "[All this power belongs] to God." Say: "Will you not, then, remain conscious of Him?" 87 Say: "Who is it in whose hands is the governance of all things,- who protects (all), but is not protected (of any)? (say) if ye know." 88 They will say: Unto Allah (all that belongeth). Say: How then are ye bewitched? 89 We have revealed to them the truth. But they are certainly liars. 90 Allah hath not betaken to Himself any son, and there is not along Him any god; else each god would have gone off with that which he had created, and one of them would have exalted himself above the others. Hallowed be Allah above that which they ascribe! 91 [He is] Knower of the unseen and the witnessed, so high is He above what they associate [with Him]. 92
