The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

I CALL TO witness the chargers, snorting, rushing to battle before the others, 1 Then those striking sparks of fire, 2 by the dawn-raiders 3 And raise the dust in clouds the while, 4 which engulfs the enemy. 5 Truly man is, to his Lord, ungrateful; 6 And most surely he is a witness of that. 7 And most surely he is tenacious in the love of wealth. 8 ۞ Knows he not that when that which is in the tombs is over-thrown, 9 and all that is in the hearts is made public, 10 Surely their Lord will be aware of their (deeds). 11

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
