But nay, I swear by all that you can see 38 and all that you do not see, 39 most surely, this is the word brought by a noble messenger, 40 And not the word of a poet. How little is it that you believe! 41 and neither is it - however little you may [be prepared to] take it to heart - the word of a soothsayer: 42 (It is) a sending down from the Lord of all the Worlds. 43 And if he [i.e., the Prophets] had forged this Discourse and thereafter ascribed it to Us, 44 We would have seized him by his right hand, 45 and would indeed have cut his life-vein, 46 not one of you could have prevented it from him. 47 But verily this is a Message for the Allah-fearing. 48 And indeed We know that some among you are deniers. 49 and surely it will be a cause of regret for the unbelievers. 50 it is the indubitable truth. 51 Exalt the Name of your Lord, the Great. 52
