The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Glorify the name of thy Guardian-Lord Most High, 1 who created all things and gave them due proportions, 2 Who hath ordained laws. And granted guidance; 3 It is He who has caused the grass to grow, 4 Then made it dry and dark. 5 We shall now make you read (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), so you will not forget. 6 unless God wills it to be otherwise. He knows all that is made public and all that remains hidden. 7 We shall take you slowly towards ease. 8 Therefore give admonition in case the admonition profits (the hearer). 9 Those who fear will understand. 10 And the most wicked will stay away from it. 11 Who shall enter the great fire; 12 in which he will neither die nor live therein. 13 Indeed whosoever purifies himself (by avoiding polytheism and accepting Islamic Monotheism) shall achieve success, 14 and remembers the Name of his Lord, so he prays. 15 But ye prefer the life of the world 16 but the Everlasting Life is better, and more enduring. 17 Indeed, this is in the former scriptures, 18 the Scrolls of Abraham and Moses. 19
