The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

The Clatterer! 1 What is the Striking? 2 And what have you understood, what the event that terrifies the hearts is! 3 [It is] a Day when mankind shall be like scattered moths 4 and the mount-ains like tufts of carded wool. 5 Those whose good deeds will weigh heavier (on the scale) 6 He will be in a pleasant life. 7 And as for him whose measure of good deeds is light, 8 A bereft and Hungry One will be his mother, 9 What will convey to you what this is like? 10 It is the scorching fire. 11
