The Poets (Alshu'araa')

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

۞ Ta, Seen, Meem. 1 These are verses of the clear Book. 2 Perchance thou consumest thyself that they are not believers. 3 If We will, We shall send down on them out of heaven a sign, so their necks will stay humbled to it. 4 But never fresh remembrance comes to them from the All-merciful, except they turn away from it. 5 They will soon come to know the truth of that which they have been scoffing at. 6 Have they not seen the earth, that how many honourable pairs We have created in it? 7 Verily there are signs in this; yet many of them do not believe. 8 And most surely your Lord is the Mighty, the Merciful. 9
