Observest thou not those who wrangle concerning the revelations of Allah? whither are they turning away! 69 those who reject the Book and that with which We sent Our messengers shall soon know -- 70 When, with (iron) collars and chains around their necks, they will be dragged 71 into boiling water, then, into the Fire they shall be poured. 72 Then it will be said to them: "Where are (all) those whom you used to join in worship as partners 73 "In derogation of Allah?" They will reply: "They have left us in the lurch: Nay, we invoked not, of old, anything (that had real existence)." Evil is the lodging of the proud. 76 So be thou patient; surely God's promise is true. Whether We show thee a part of that We promise them, or We call thee unto Us, to Us they shall be returned. 77 We have told you the stories of some of Our Messengers whom We had sent before you and We have not told you the stories of some others. A Messenger is not supposed to show a miracle without the permission of God. قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
