Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Have We not expanded for you your breast, 1 and lifted from thee the burden 2 Which had left you devoid of hope, 3 And exalted for you your esteem? 4 After every difficulty there is relief. 5 verily, with every hardship comes ease! 6 So, whenever you are free, strive in devotion, 7 and to your Lord turn [all] your attention. 8
True are the words of God the Almighty.
