Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after Bounty (Al-Kawthar) before Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

THE AVARICE OF plenitude keeps you occupied 1 until you visit the graves. 2 You shall know. 3 Indeed you will come to know soon. 4 You will certainly have the knowledge of your deeds beyond all doubt. 5 Verily, You shall see the blazing Fire (Hell)! 6 Then you will see it with the eye of certainty. 7 Then you will surely be asked that Day about pleasure. 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
