What is the matter with unbelievers that they stare at you with fixed gazes and hasten towards you 36 On the right and on the left, in companies? 37 Does every man of them desire that he should be made to enter the garden of bliss? 38 Never! We have indeed created them from a thing they know. 39 But nay! I call to witness the Lord of the Easts and the Wests, that We have the power 40 To replace them by others better than they; and We are not to be outrun. 41 So let them chat and play until they meet their Day which they are promised, 42 The Day whereon they shall come forth from the sepulchres hastily, as though they were to an altar hurrying. 43 With lowered eyes, disgrace overcoming them; this is the day, which they had been promised. 44
