▼ 21 The Prophets
Al-Anbyaa' 7 of 7
The endeavors of he who believes and does good works shall not go unthanked. We write it down for him. 94 There is a ban upon any city that We have destroyed; they shall not return 95 Till the time when Yajuj and Majuj are released, and they will be flowing down from every height. 96 And there shall approach the true promise; and lo! the eyes of those who disbelieved shall be staring: woe unto us! surely we have been in neglect thereof; aye! we have been the wrong-doers. 97 Verily ye and whatsoever ye worship beside Allah shall be firewood for Hell: thereunto ye shall go down. 98 Had they really been gods they would not have entered it: They will all abide in it for ever. 99 There is groaning for them therein, and they do not hear. 100 Surely (as for) those for whom the good has already gone forth from Us, they shall be kept far off from it; 101 They shall not hear the slightest sound of it (Hell), while they abide in that which their ownselves desire. 102 The Great Terror shall grieve them not, and the angels will meet them: this is Your Day which ye were ever promised 103 On that Day We shall roll up the heavens like a scroll of parchment. As We originated the first creation, so shall We repeat it. This is a promise binding on Us. Truly, We shall fulfill it. 104 And assuredly We have prescribed in the Scripture after the admonition, that: the land! there shall inherit it My bondmen righteous. 105 Verily in this is a preaching for a people who are worshippers. 106 And We have not sent you but as a mercy to the worlds. 107 Say, "It is only revealed to me that your god is but one God; so will you be Muslims [in submission to Him]?" 108 If they turn away, tell them: "I have warned you all alike. I do not know if what has been promised you is near or far away. 109 Surely He knows what is spoken aloud and He knows what you hide. 110 But [as for me,] I do not know whether, perchance, this [delay in God's judgment] is but a trial for you, and a [merciful] respite for a while." 111 The Messenger said: "My Lord! Judge with truth. Our Compassionate Lord alone is our support against your (blasphemous) utterances." 112
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
