Say: "Truly am I a Warner: no god is there but the one Allah, Supreme and Irresistible,- 65 Lord of the heavens and earth, and of what between them is, the All-mighty, the All-forgiving.' 66 Say: 'It is a mighty tiding 67 "From which you turn away! 68 I had no knowledge of the exalted assembly [of angels] when they were disputing [the creation of Adam]. 69 This alone is revealed to me, that I am only a clear warner.' 70 When your Lord told the angels, "I will create a mortal out of clay, 71 So when I have made him complete and breathed into him of My spirit, then fall down making obeisance to him. 72 So all the angels prostrated themselves 73 Except Iblis; he was proud and was, from the beginning, a disbeliever. 74 God said, "Satan, what prevented you from prostrating yourself to what I created with My own Hands? Were you overcome by arrogance, or are you of those who think [only] of themselves as exalted?" 75 He said: I am better than him. Thou createdst me of fire, whilst him Thou didst create of clay. 76 He said, “Therefore exit from heaven, for you have been outcast.” (To disrespect the Prophets – peace and blessings be upon them – is blasphemy.) 77 "And verily!, My Curse is on you till the Day of Recompense." 78 Said [Iblis]: "Then, O my Sustainer, grant me a respite till the Day when all shall be raised from the dead!" 79 He (Allah) said: 'You are among those that are respited 80 for an appointed time". 81 He (satan) said: 'I swear by Your Might, that I will seduce all of them 82 "Except Your chosen slaves amongst them (faithful, obedient, true believers of Islamic Monotheism)." 83 [And God] said: "This, then, is the truth! And this truth do I state: 84 "That I will certainly fill Hell with thee and those that follow thee,- every one." 85 Say (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) “I do not ask any fee from you for the Qur’an, and I am not a fabricator.” 86 It is nothing but a reminder to the nations; 87 “And you will come to know of its tidings, after a while.” 88
