The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

WHEN THE EARTH quakes with her [last] mighty quaking, 1 and when the earth brings forth its burdens 2 the human being will say (in horror), "What is happening to it?" 3 That day she will relate her chronicles, 4 Because your Lord has inspired it. 5 Upon that day men shall issue in scatterings to see their works, 6 Whosoever has done even an atom's weight of good will behold it; 7 while whoever has done the smallest particle of evil will see it. 8

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
