And We verily gave grace unto Moses and Aaron, 114 And We delivered them both and their people from the mighty distress. 115 And We helped them, so they overcame (their troubles); 116 We gave them the explicit Book, 117 and guided them in the straight path, 118 and left for them among the later folk 119 "Peace and salutation to Moses and Aaron!" 120 Even thus do We reward the doers of good. 121 truly they were among Our faithful servants. 122 Elias too was one of the Envoys; 123 When he said to his people, "Will you not fear Allah? 124 Do you call on Ba'lan (the idol Baal) and abandon the Best Creator, 125 who is your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?" 126 but they rejected him, and thus will certainly be called to account; 127 Except the chosen creatures of God. 128 We perpetuated his praise in the later generations. 129 Peace be on Ilyas. 130 Thus do We reward the good-doers. 131 for he was truly one of Our believing servants! 132 And Lot too was one of the Messengers. 133 When We rescued him and his entire household. 134 Save an old woman among those who stayed behind; 135 and We destroyed the others. 136 And lo! ye verily pass by (the ruin of) them in the morning 137 and night: will you not take heed? 138
