Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the (Winds) sent forth one after another (to man's profit); 1 And the winds that blow violently 2 By those which cause earth's vegetation to revive; 3 Then separate them one from another, 4 and those hurling a reminder 5 excusing or warning, 6 Surely that which ye are promised will befall. 7 When the stars are extinguished, 8 and when the sky is rent asunder 9 And when the mountains are made into dust and blown away. 10 and the appointed time to bring the Messengers together arrives, (then shall the promised event come to pass). 11 For what day has the term [of all this] been set? 12 The Day of Judgement. 13 And what will explain to you what is the Day of sorting out? 14 Woe on that Day unto those who give the lie to the truth! 15 Did We not destroy the former generations? 16 So shall We make later generations to follow them. 17 [for] thus do We deal with such as are lost in sin. 18 Woe on that Day to those who reject the truth! 19 Did We not create you from an insignificant drop of fluid 20 And We placed it in a firm lodging 21 for an appointed term? 22 We determined, how excellent a Determiner are We! 23 Woe on that day unto the beliers! 24 Have We not made the earth a receptacle, 25 Of the living and the dead? 26 place on it high mountains and provide you with fresh water? 27 Alas the woe that day for those who deny! 28 (It will be said to the disbelievers): "Depart you to that which you used to deny! 29 Depart unto the shadow three branched: 30 “Which neither gives shade, nor saves from the flame.” 31 The fire will shoot out sparks as big as huge towers 32 "As if there were (a string of) yellow camels (marching swiftly)." 33 Woe on that day unto the beliers! 34 that Day on which they will not [be able to] utter a word, 35 neither be given leave, and excuse themselves. 36 On that day, woe would be those who have rejected God's revelations! 37 Such is the Day of Decision. We will gather you with the ancients. 38 So if you have any ploy, try it against Me! 39 Woe on that day to the rejecters. 40
