The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
When the earth is shaken with its violent shaking, 1 And Earth yieldeth up her burdens, 2 And man cries (distressed): 'What is the matter with her?'- 3 On that Day will she declare her tidings: 4 Because your Lord has commanded it. 5 On that day men will return towards their Lord, in different groups, in order to be shown their deeds. 6 Whosoever has done even an atom's weight of good will behold it; 7 And whosoever does evil equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant), shall see it. 8
God the Almighty always says the truth.
